I know you created the thread and fair play to you.
However, this thread is about "Sab's 3 Necro Hero build". As I said, obviously 2 humans + 6 heroes parties (or, if it were possible, 1 human + 7 hero parties) are bound to be more impressive with better synergies than a 1 human + 3 heroes + 4 limited choice henchmen party.
I just think it's impossible to compare one circumstance with another.

And I never did. We were asked a question "what builds had you ran before", my comment was answer to that question
Back to the topic though, honestly I dont know if anyone mentioned it here before, but to all those who use the 3 hero build posted here - I think Dark Bond is kinda must have on MM. 75% damage reduction is simply insaine to be left aside

From my experience it's a bit overkill to bring 2 monk henchies when you're using a Restoration WoR N/Rt and a MM that casts a couple protection spells.
On GW:EN, I usually have Mhenlo, Zho, Herta and I choose the last henchman depending on the character I'm using myself or the circumstances.
Has anyone noticed any stressful situations when not bringing 2 monks on a 8-man party, with this build?

Sab,
I LOVE you forever for this hero build. I have been have trouble vanquishing in the 4-player areas around Ascalon, and this allowed me to steamroll right through. I use the 3 necros as you suggested, and then myself as Ele/Sin instanuker (Glyph of Sacrifice+MS+Assassins Promise). The build is so good, I almost want to pay you for it. Thanks!
And Free Wind, thanks for making this post and alerting me to Sab's build. I love you too! You can get finder fees from whatever I pay Sab. Ha ha.

Tried this out to see what everyone was talking about. WOW. Honestly didn't expect it to be this good. I didn't use the 'full' build Sab had posted, but the general idea of it. Vanquished The Scar with it, and I only died once. Little Thom and Orion were my hench, Olias the Restoration N/Rt, gave Livia Aegis and Protective Spirit with Jagged Bones and Bone Minions, and then made MoW the SS, but didn't give him Insidious, which I wish I would have.
Can't wait to use this in 8 man areas.

This is definitely a very versatile build, even though I know it won't work everywhere. I've vanquished all of Maguuma, Ascalon, and the N. Shiverpeaks, and I've done the missions up to Frost Gate. Gonna have to use something different for Gates of Kryta and a couple of the Kryta areas (Cursed Lands, Black Curtain because of undead), but it's definitely nice to have gotten this far in only a couple weeks.

I went a little over the top with my praise yesterday. I was so confident in this build, I went a little haphazardly into the Eastern Frontier today and got wiped 60% dp. So you can't just madly steamroll through some areas.
One still has to play with some strategy and careful thinking and planning to make this build work. And bring a few candy canes. But it is still the best build I have found yet.

Speaking of undead, just for shits and giggles, I tried this build in Shards of Orr today, assuming, of course, that it wouldn't work all that well on the undead... but it did. It worked really well. The first level was a breeze... the big mobs on the second level were a little more of a challenge. On the third level we only wiped once fighting Fendi and were able to finish him off with only one trip to the beacon.

Vanquished Eternal Grove in HM with this 3 necro (+ some modification ofcourse) + usual henchies found at Vasburg Armory.
I'm an ele.
With some luck and 1 armor of salvation, managed to beat the map in just 1 hr 15 min. I got 4.5k Luxon XP, elite rit tome in chest drop and several purples items.
It's a strong build. However, you still need to use common-sense when aggroing. Eternal grove has no room for mistakes. 1 wrong move, and a churning earth can do a full party wipe.
..which reminds me, I entered Eternal Grove just to kill Scar in HM...and ended up vanquishing it. lol

Completed HM Eternal Grove mission MASTERS using a similar build. I had a guildie bring his 3 necros too. He was a warrior. Obviously, we split up forces, helping each other during difficult times. Also, the elite juggernauts helped a LOT.

Is there any manual stuff required with the heros? I really despise managing their tiny skillbars.

Sab I have to give two thumbs up on this team build I mow through Charr like crazy! Its a good thing the monster AI lacks the ability to fear or they would run when they see my team coming now.
I did personalize your build a bit though;
With this team build the it did not seem that healing minions was really necessary so on the N/Mo I changed out Blood of the Master to Putrid Bile.
This build also does not wipe often in normal mode if they even die at all.
In fact I have been in a couple situations where I got more than one mob or mob adds where normally I would be overwhelmed and instinctively started to run then notice the teams health bars and they are holding their own and I don't have to.
So on the Spiteful Spirit N/RT I changed it to a N/Me and switched out Death Pact Sig with Epidemic to spread the bad stuff around and give it a little more bang for the buck. I also changed out Insidious Parasite with with Mark of Pain to try and save some energy for Epidemic spamming.
However I did change out the res sig for Rebirth on the N/Mo just in case and carry a resuable res on my skill bar just in case.
I also used this team build to go get Razah, those mobs a hard but once I made some initial kills and got it rolling it was all down hill. I have run it in hard mode in NF in some areas again with out any problems. The only time I seem to have any trouble at all is at the start getting those first few kills to get it going other than that it rocks! You do need some interrupters like Zho and I am a Rit so I spam Disonance and Waderlust often as I can.

Sab, just continuing praise from me. Changing out the MM's Rez for Recovery (Restoration Binding Ritual) can be useful. One more spirit, plus makes conditions go away even faster.
